ENGAGE PHILOSOPHY

OUR PHILOSOPHY

It is our belief that providing an individual the insight into the unconscious processes that are responsible for their behavior is an essential element for significant personal and professional development. That is just the first step. We are committed to providing the tools and training that build upon these insights to equip individuals to achieve success in all aspect of their lives. We seek to move individuals beyond the "theory" to the "reality" of these insights.

We use the image of fingerprints to guide our approach. During the 1400's, doctors began to realize that the patterns of ridges on your finger pads are unique: no two individuals - even identical twins - have fingerprints that are exactly the same.

  • You are born with your fingerprints and they do not change over the course of your life.
  • We leave impressions - or prints - of these patterns on everything we touch with any pressure.
  • Prints can be visible (when your fingers are dirty or oily) or latent (made by sweat that is always present on our finger ridges).
  • Injuries, burns, or scrapes do not change the ridge pattern: when new skin grows in, the same pattern comes back.

The three skills are used in dactyloscopy (the practice of using fingerprints to identity someone) are:

  1. Observing
  2. Comparing and Contrasting
  3. Classifying

Your fingerprints help identify who you are. We apply the use of proven individual behaviour and values assessments to help individuals learn who they are, why they behave in certain ways, and how they are formulating their beliefs and value systems.
